On-Site Wellness Workshops
SPINEsync provides intimate in-person only Wellness Workshops to help your small and mid-sized company build stronger and healthier team values, identity and outcomes with live lectures, demonstrations, interactivity, games, and assignments welcoming inclusion and diversity. Groups of 12 or less is suggested for each workshop to maintain the intimate feel of the workshops.

On-Site Chiropractic & Therapy
Dr. Forester Dean is a licensed sports medicine and family practice chiropractor and physiotherapist. Dr. Dean provides on-site 'office hours' at your workplace for personalized care for your team. Your team members pre-register for 5-10 minute timeslots as needed on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Flat fee per hour of $400, 1 hour minimum. Pre-participation forms and enrollment is required.

On-Site Mobility Classes
Get your team moving with a mobility class that feels good and reduces stress. Dr. Dean and his partners provide a variety of mobility classes to meet the interests and goals of your team. 1-hour minimum for up to 10 participants in order to maintain the intimate feel of the class. Class time is 30 minutes. Equipment and towels are provided. Pre-participation forms and enrollment is required.
- Restorative yoga (can be done in most work clothes)
