Modern Clean Flex Space is located at the South Bay Business Park in Torrance. The classroom for rent is about 900 square feet with 12’ ceilings, stark white walls, gray laminate flooring, and a continuous 16’ mirror on one wall. The classroom features a small kitchen area with a ¾ size refrigerator. There is a 70” smart TV and wifi. The classroom is climate controlled by the host. There is a 1-person restroom and a lobby area (furniture not included.) There is plenty of free parking adjacent to the rental space. Indoor rental space only.

Perfect for workshops, CEU courses, presentations, awards, book signings, meet-ups, baby shower, product launch, private meeting, reunion, casting call, gender reveal. We can provide tables, chairs and other presentation supplies to simplify your event planning. Gatherings up to 45 guests are welcomed!

The space is perfect for up to 45 guests. 6 tables can be configured to seat up to 8, or 2 banquet style tables to seat 40.

Convenient kitchenette with 3/4 size frig, small microwave and large double sink. We also have a stainless steel restaurant cart for rent to increase your counter space or use as a buffet.
