Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS:

MERCHANDISE: Shipping is paid by the consumer for all merchandise. We do not assume liability for damage to the merchandise once it has shipped. Defective or wrong merchandise will be replaced at no cost. The defective merchandise must be returned at the expense of the consumer within 7 days of the claim. In-person returns are permitted. All returns must be made within 60 days. To make a claim: Email us spinesync@gmail.com subject line: RETURN REQUEST, and we will process your return.


DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: We do not offer a refund for digital content once it has been downloaded.


CLINICAL COURSES: We offer a refund for courses if the consumer hasn't downloaded the digital content AND cancelled within 72 hours of the course date and time. Email us spinesync@gmail.com subject line: CANCEL COURSE, and we will process your return.


SHIPPING: We do not refund for the cost of the original outgoing shipping costs.


Return Fee: We may assess a re-stocking fee for new, unworn, unused, unopened products maximum 15% or $5.00 which ever is higher.


Product Liability: pre/Formance CXS is not the manufacturer of the Core X System device, we only distribute the device. If you have a problem with a device that you purchased from another vendor, we would be pleased to assist in troubleshooting your problem, since the device can be a bit tricky for the novice user.


REFUNDS: are usually processed within 48 hours, to the method used for purchase.
